When working with translations both from and into the Hindi language, Sheel's Dictionary constitutes a good instrument for both novices and experienced translators. This is a program that enables a translation from English to Hindi and from Hindi to English to use a word database of more than 50000 words.
Downloading and installing the dictionary on your PC will take you only a minute. Make sure first that your operating system is compatible with the software, but that won't be a problem if you're using Windows 98, 2000, XP or Vista. Only for Windows 7 you will have to make it compatible and you are given instructions on the developer's webpage about this matter.
The interface of the program is intuitive and easy to use. The main window is split into three parts: one with the source language's list of words from which you can choose, another one where the source word appears after selecting it and another one where the target language word appears after translation. From the toolbar you can select the dictionary type you want to use and you are given the options to add a new word, to modify one when needed, or if you know the number of the word you can choose to go straight to it by accessing the option 'Go to'. You can enlarge the database of this application by adding a new word that you know and you are sure about its meaning. more

There are many advantages of your dictionary. Excellent work. I would just like to remind you that I searched for the English meaning of the word "Madhu" (honey), but I was surprised to see that a blundorous meaning "Via Media" was given. I searched for other related terms of this word and all of them were ridiculous. The meaning for the word "madhumakkhi" was given as "Centre Note". Please rectify that whole section. Thanks.
